Grain-free Granny’s classic coconut macaroons are made the traditional way with egg whites, cream-of-tartar, honey, salt, and unsweetened coconut flakes.

They bake up lightly toasted on the outside, with a moist, chewy center and a clean coconut finish. The plain macaroon highlights the natural sweetness of coconut, while the chocolate-dipped version is finished with a simple dark chocolate made from cocoa butter, cocoa, and honey.
