Because our cookies are perishable food items, we do not accept returns.

All sales are final.

Due to the highly specialized nature of our ingredients and the cost of small-batch production, we are unable to offer refunds once an order has been prepared.

If your order contains a fulfillment error, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup with:

• Photos of the packaging and product

We will review the issue promptly and determine an appropriate resolution if the error occurred on our end.
