Welcome to Granny’s Kitchen

WHERE EVERY DESSERT BEGINS

Every dessert begins with an idea.

Every idea is explored, refined, and tested until it’s ready to become something worth sharing.

This is the working kitchen behind Grain-free Granny.

Here, ideas are developed through thoughtful technique, careful observation, and repeated testing. Every recipe, dessert, and class is refined in this kitchen until the methods are consistent, the results are dependable, and the work is ready to be shared.

Every ingredient has a purpose.
Every method serves the finished result.

Our Standards: How This Kitchen Chooses Ingredients

Every idea begins with a finished dessert in mind.

From there, ingredients are chosen deliberately. Fruit is used in season. Honey is local and raw. Eggs are sourced locally. Butter is real and grass-fed. Vanilla, cocoa, and every other ingredient are chosen for what they bring to the recipe.

The result is baking that remains faithful to the ingredients themselves.

From Observation to Method

Technique follows the ingredient.

Every method begins with observation and is refined through repeated testing.

Every ingredient has its own behavior. Honey doesn’t mix like sugar. Coconut flour absorbs liquid slowly. Eggs, butter, cocoa butter, and fruit each respond differently to mixing, temperature, and time.

The methods developed in this kitchen aren’t applied to the ingredients—they grow out of them. By understanding how each ingredient behaves, the technique is shaped by the ingredient itself.
