From this kitchen limited-run desserts, a few recipe collections and Granny’s cookie class—each released when the work is ready to be shared.

Our Standards: How this Kitchen Operates

This kitchen is built on a few fixed standards.

Ingredients come first. Fruit is used in season. Honey is local and raw. Eggs are sourced locally. Butter is real and grass-fed. Vanilla, cocoa, and everything else are used in their proper form—nothing altered to behave like something else.

Technique follows the ingredient. Honey is handled in a way that allows it to move and incorporate cleanly. Eggs are worked where they support structure best. Chocolate is made to set and hold without relying on additives. Each step is based on how the ingredients actually behave.

The focus is on bringing those elements together with control and attention, so the final result holds its shape, texture, and flavor as it should.

Production stays small-batch. Desserts are made close to pickup to keep them fresh and intact.

These standards keep the work consistent and grounded in the ingredients themselves.
